This policy explains what personal information Avrati collects when you use Avrati, in the app or at avrati.com, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. Read it together with our Terms of Use.
Avrati is a brand of Anellie LLC, a Delaware company in the United States ("Avrati", "we", "us"). Anellie LLC is responsible for the personal information processed through the app and avrati.com.
The pieces you order are made, invoiced and shipped by our subsidiary in Brazil, which uses the information your orders need to produce, invoice and deliver them, and keeps what tax law requires.
For any privacy question or request, including as our data protection contact under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), write to privacy@avrati.com.
The app asks for access to your camera, photo library and microphone only when you use a feature that needs them.
We do not sell personal information, we do not show ads and we do not use third party analytics or advertising trackers.
Under the LGPD and the GDPR, we rely on these legal bases:
Avrati uses artificial intelligence, our own or from providers, to generate designs and images from what you add. Providers process this content only to provide their service and prevent abuse, and do not use it to train their models. We do not use your content to train artificial intelligence models without your consent.
Only add photos of people who agreed to it.
We share personal information only with those who need it for Avrati to work:
The current list of providers is available on request at privacy@avrati.com.
Your information is stored in the United States and may be processed in other countries, including Brazil. For these transfers, we rely on the safeguards the law provides, such as contracts with our providers and the need to perform the services you requested.
We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete your account, your information and the content you created are deleted from our systems within 30 days.
Some information is kept after that: your orders, with the name, contact and delivery details they need, and payment and invoice records, for as long as tax and consumer laws require; comments you left on other people's designs, shown as from a deleted user; and records of access to Avrati (date, time and IP address) for 6 months, as the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet requires.
Depending on where you live, including under the LGPD and the GDPR, you can ask us to confirm whether we process your information, give you access to it or a copy of it, correct it, delete it, limit or object to its use, and tell you who we share it with. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
You can delete your account in the app under Settings, Account, or at avrati.com in your account settings. For any other request, write to privacy@avrati.com. People who are not Avrati users, such as people in photos or people who were invited, can also write to us to access or delete their information.
We answer within 15 days. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, it may take up to one month, as the GDPR allows. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live; in Brazil, the ANPD.
We use only the cookies needed for Avrati to work, such as the ones that keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our payment providers may set their own cookies on their checkout pages to prevent fraud.
Avrati is intended for people 18 or older, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have collected it without the consent of a parent or legal guardian, we will delete it.
Photos of minors may only be added by a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians can contact us at privacy@avrati.com.
We protect your information with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and restricted internal access, and we review these measures whenever the service changes. Since you sign in to Avrati with your email, keep your email account secure. If a security incident could affect you, we will tell you and the authorities, as the law requires.
We may update this policy. When the changes are significant, we will tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. Changes required by law, or urgent for security, may take effect immediately, and we will tell you as soon as possible.
